Hello there, I'm Nallie Yoon, also known as "Nurse Nallie." I'm a mother of 2 gorgeous boys, and owner of Brows by Nallie, located in Old Town Tustin, California. I started this business to share with the world my passion for authenticity in beauty, artistry, and desire to help others open the gateway to their self-confidence and self-worth that lives inside, and shine their inner light, by enhancing features that won't wash away. I am grateful to be able to share my knowledge, the science, experience, and art with my clients and other artists in this industry to help promote real values and morals behind the beauty industry and what we do. As a little girl growing up, I'd watch my mother get ready for work as a busy nightshift nurse of 2 young children (just as I am, now). Not having brows herself, she would start with her face, the "a blank canvas," and she would creatively use her palette to accentuate her natural beauty, but also create features that weren't there, such as a pair eyebrows from a half broken eyebrow pencil. I admired her diligence, and after she would set her makeup in powder to leave for the night, I felt her sense of pride in her new image, like she felt refreshed and somehow more "herself." I started getting nerdy about makeup in junior high school, putting on makeup for the first time on Halloween, doing makeup for friends and their siblings for school dances. And then, sometime in 7th grade, an older cousin experimented with a razor and shaved off nearly all of my brows...the rest is history! I went from penciling in my brows with every style in the '90s, drawing in eyeliner to balance out my features, to getting my brows "tattooed" in the mid 2000s, and now (15 years later) HERE WE ARE at the Golden Age of semipermanent makeup and techniques like microblading. Outside of my passion for healthcare and nursing, permanent makeup artistry has given me a way to help people in a different, yet intimate way by helping boost confidence and self-esteem without makeup, and simply helping people streamline their day not having to fuss over their makeup routine. My clients come to my "spa-ffice" trusting me with their "canvas" just as my mother had done years ago. But now, I get to use my creativity, knowledge, skill, and passion to build on the old, create something new, highlight, or simply enhance features that had gone unnoticed, and often, underappreciated and undervalued. Part of my commitment to this artform involves continuously exploring and expanding my knowledge and skill by connecting with the permanent makeup community and skincare providers, coonecting and diving into reputable research, investigating and investing time and resources in researching the best techniques and the best tools, supplies, topicals, and agents for my practice. I see beauty in every person, and it is such an honor to get to hold up a mirror to show my clients what a little "fine-tuning" can do. I always wanted to take my passion for beauty and helping people to another level! Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 72-hour notice is required in the event you need to cancel or reschedule, or your booking fee ($75.00) will be forfeited, this includes no-call/no-show. An additional deposit ($75.00) will be required to make a new appointment. If two (2) appointments are missed/canceled/rescheduled, payment will be due in full to make any future appointment. This will serve as your booking fee and is also subject to the cancellation and no-call/no-show policy as seen below for the FULL amount. Booking fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. "No-call/No-show" Policy In the event I do not receive a notification by telephone call, email, or message up to the time of your scheduled appointment, the booking fee and remaining amount of the scheduled procedure will be charged, non-refundable, no exceptions. Please be courteous and provide at least 72-hours notice of any cancellation, and if circumstances do not permit, you will be subject to the cancellation policy and "No-call/No-show" Policy, as stated above. Rescheduling/Late Policy To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. BROWS BY NALLIE understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand that last minute changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you must reschedule an appointment, 72-hour notice is required in order to keep your booking fee.
